Positive Review
Beautiful car, the restyling is well done. Compared to other vehicles at this pricepoint it offers amazing features and technology. Everything you'd expect from a MB
Critical Review
Glitchy infotainment, squishy brakes, lack of real buttons/switches. Seven years to bring out a brand new C300 and this is an underwhelming achievement. Took almost 12 months to get the car after placing the order. No prices available when order was placed and certain features were missing when the car finally arrived due to the ongoing never ending chip shortage. Car was manufactured in December 2021 but did not arrive at the dealer until July 2022. Wherever it sat around for 6 months is possibly the reason that none of the finicky touch screen controls work too well. Have no idea why the the first third of brake pedal travel does nothing. 2023 model (with no changes) arrived at my dealer 4 months after I got my 2022 car. Maybe the chips for the features I was supposed to get finally arrived. Adjusting anything while driving is pretty close to impossible and even the “Hey Mercedes” voice control is iffy at best. Lots of cheap plastic trim on the inside. Even the ambient lighting which is one of the best features loses points because of the horrendous reflection in the windshield at night.

Had this car for a year and the performance was great but the positives were canceled out by many issues. Unfortunately, the 48 volt battery failed and led to constant back and forth trips to the service center. Random check engine lights were also common. The transmission is terrible for a daily driver car. Interior was a nice place to be and the exterior styling is great.
Way to small for me and husband for comfort. Hard to get in and out of for most adults. Hard to get past that.
Stylish looks, love the real life navigation
Unreliable all around vehicle
I have a 2023 AMG C43. I purchased the vehicle July 2023, the car looks amazing! But I haven’t been able to enjoy it due to electrical and 12V battery issues with it since I bought it. Mercedes-Benz LLC won’t respond to my complaint. Been incidents where I try to turn it on and it wouldn’t, the vehicle even left me stranded on the road for hours, been to the service department for these issues over 10 times.
Amazing comfortable
None so far
Really fun car to have and amazing interior, great entertainment screen plus real buttons to ease a few functions
Best car tech, performance, and looks at value
None. Again at this value for what you get
If you get the right options this car is a killer. The other bad reviews was the ones that didn't know how to buy this car lol. Poor little things
This car has been a nightmare. My upcoming service appointment will be the 4th since I purchased it new in the fall.

Nice tech and styling
Reliability and build quality
I was super excited to get this car due to the looks and tech it has but that was very short lived. After a month of owning it there was a problem with my tire pressure reader, fit and finish issues (parts in my console sinking in), and engine issues. The engine issues were the most annoying as the car kept prompting me to pull over and restart the car and the check engine light has been on since, the car has now been in service for a couple of days and I won’t be getting it back for a couple more days and have been left without a loaner.. not what I was expecting with a new car.
