Positive Review
Triple black coupe. Lt1 auto. Mine as been garage kept since new. Believe that stated horsepower is underrated. 11.69 quarter mile. 0-60 in 4.78 Feels really snug on the road, no matter how hard you push it. The 255's on front and 285's on the rear keep it planted to the road. Finish is still great after 15 years except for a few gravel chips. Only issue I have had was water pump replaced at 20k miles. I think it was leaking because it isn't driven enough, replaced with new. Sounds great with Borla exhaust. The ride is still firm, but not nearly as rough as my '78 was. Bose/Delco sound system is great. Smoke/Clear roof panel nice accent. This car stickered for just over $40k, and finding a good low mileage one now for under $15k wouldn't be hard to do, and would be such a treat for yourself. This one is a rarity, has never been in the snow, has only been intentionally in the rain twice, both times going to car shows. We were caught in the rain three other times inadvertently, sometimes you just get caught. You might need a pilot's license to own one, this thing will fly....
Critical Review
I botught this car with 89000 miles, and at 90000 miles I blew my head gaskets. I replaced it my self than about a week later the water pump went out and ruined my multi spark due to bad design by chevy. My e.c.m went out shortly after this. so needless to say I am mechanically inclined and did all the engine work on my own so that saved alot of money which I had to use on parts. The good note was that I had an excuse to go though the entire engine and put all the bolt on's I could find and there are alot of them for this engine. After all this the car Dynos at about 415 horses. so a good bit of fun too drive. I tell all my friends that the only thing this car does is drive like all get out, that is when its not on jack stands. Oh ya the bose stero went out and I got qouted at 1200 dollars to fix so needless to say its still out.

6 speed manual 375 hp Needs driver side seat repaired. Passenger window doesn't work but I have replacement motor. Air Conditioning works. New tires.
I’ve always had a slight interest in the later C4 corvettes but I decided to purchase a 1996 LT4 Corvette in 2020 to be my daily driver. It had low mileage (less than 60k) and only a few minor issues. I have daily drove the car at every capable opportunity since, even in snow and it performs extremely well and has been hands down the most reliable vehicle I’ve ever owned. It’s quick and I beat on it and the car just flat out works all the time. The only thing is having to fix a random small issue from age every once in awhile, O2 sensor, AC compressor etc. but all in all I give the car a 9.5/10 the only real downside is getting in or out.
Fun and exciting car to drive. It's fast. Has a few perks that the other C4s do not have. Overall great car.

I’m selling my corvette it’s not at half life but knob is valuing it as if it were 70% life gone if it’s half life then my vet was bought at 51,648 mrsp while the basic mrsp was 45,060 so how do the get 15,000 be nice to know cause it’s a collectors now a dropping just of metal I think it should list the vehicular bought price and show how they come to there number cause what if there going off the wrong mrsp 11 grand is a big number to miss by and it costed more then the blue grand sports for the same year 1996 so how are the grand sports valued higher then a car that was priced higher with some very very rare packages like mine for it’s an lt-4 with the torch red seats and the f-45 damper suspension
